1. Returns

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and order details before completing their purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only available in limited circumstances, including:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your order arrived damaged during shipping (photo evidence is required).
• Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened booster packs or booster boxes
• Opened or unsealed trading card products
• Graded cards
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Customized or personalized products
• Products that have been damaged after delivery due to customer handling

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your claim, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

6. Lost Shipments

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the best resolution based on the carrier’s findings.
